Create a tribute

Raising money in memory of your loved one is a wonderful way to honour their memory, and a Sunflower Tribute can become a place of comfort which you can visit any time.

A Sunflower Tribute can be set up in memory of your loved one, it is a dedicated place where you can ensure their memory lives on whilst helping East Cheshire Hospice care for other people who need our support today and in the future.

About East Cheshire Hospice

Donate in lieu of flowers

At funerals and memorial services, many people choose to give donations in lieu of flowers. If you are holding a service you may like to consider setting up a Tribute and asking people to give in memory.

We can help provide you with donation envelopes for the service or any other event, please call 01625 433477 selecting option 3 or email supportercare@echospice.org.uk

Creating a Sunflower Tribute is a simple process and takes just a few moments. Your Tribute is a place where family and friends can leave messages, share memories, light a candle and add photos, videos and music. You can choose who you share your Sunflower Tribute with, enabling your page to be as private as you wish. Updating your Tribute is simple, and we can add details of any money raised or donations given to the Hospice in cash or cheques.

How your tribute will help

It costs over £3.2million to run East Cheshire Hospice each year, and we are dependent on voluntary contributions for 80% of this. This means we rely almost entirely on the generosity of people in the community to be able to provide sustainable, specialist care for the people we support.

All the money raised through your Sunflower Tribute will help us be here for other families, now and in the future.

Each year the Hospice organise two events which can complement your Sunflower Tribute perfectly. Our Starlight Walk is an evening of celebration where people come together and walk in honour, and our Light up a Life service at Christmas is a chance to be thoughtful and remember.
